Job Summary
Location Details: Pune India

This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Join our Hosting Control Plane Team as a driven and passionate Senior Software Engineer. Youll architect and build systems that deliver unparalleled control and scalability for Web hosting solutions serving millions of customers worldwide!
What youll get to do...
- Develop build and maintain highly available scalable and secure distributed services
- Drive architectural decisions for critical hosting infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and guide engineers on effective methods and development patterns
- Contribute to on-call rotation ensuring robust incident response and system reliability
- Promote and implement security-first engineering practices across the team
Your experience should include...
- 5 years of software development experience building production systems at scale with a proven track record of building and fixing systems handling significant scale
- Strong expertise in Ruby with demonstrated ability to design and implement complex distributed systems and scalable applications
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet/Ansible) and containerization technologies
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases in high-throughput environments
- Knowledge of observability guidelines and contemporary monitoring solutions
You might also have...
- Experience with hosting solutions and large-scale P/I/SaaS
- Experience in managing or contributing to open-source projects
- Familiarity with AI coding solutions/tools to accelerate outcomes
