Overview
AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit convert and enable prospective MSPs and VAR this role you will be responsible for prospecting qualifying building partner relationships and other elements of thepresalescycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base.
We are looking for creative thinkers who are confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take pride in seeing your hard work pay off when you see the final results and are determined to help others succeed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Proactively source new prospects
- Nurture cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results
- Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement

- Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly demonstrating agility adaptability andproblem solvingskills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented
- Willingness to learn
