We are looking for a/anRegional Black Belt/Commercial Excellence to join our Water & Industrial BU team in Barcelona (or Madrid) to drive commercial strategy and operational sales excellence across the region byoptimizingsales processes improving performance visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is key to enhancing efficiency profitability and scalability of the sales organization.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
Design and implement KPIs and dashboards tomonitorperformance
Identifyand execute process improvement and cost-saving opportunities using Lean Six Sigma
Collaborate with Sales Finance Operations and IT to standardize workflows
Support CRM optimization and data quality for better commercial insights
Drive change management and training for adoption of new tools and processes
Partner with sales leadership to align operations with strategic goals
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Degree in Business Engineering Economics or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
- 5 years in sales operations commercial excellence or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel Power BI and CRM tools
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact
