The role of the Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for day-to-day functionality of the clients Space Management tool including data integrity of CAD floor plans occupant data and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

PrincipleResponsibilities

  • ContributesubjectmatterexpertiseintheareasofspatialdatamanagementCAD/CAFMadministrationspaceandoccupancydataanalyticsandspaceutilizationmeasurement.
  • Ensurecomplianceofclientspacedatastandardsestablishaconsistentdatagovernancemodel.
  • Providevitallinkagebetweenspacemanagementplatformandindustrybestpractices;introduceinnovationtotheaccountteam/client.
  • HoldexpertiseinCAD/CAFMandthemethodologiesandcalculationsusedtogenerateandanalyzeallocationdeliverables.
  • Providesupportasnecessarytopeerteamsasitrelatestospaceoccupancyand/orutilizationdata.
  • Contributetodatagovernanceprocess-controlofinputsourcesanddataconsistency
  • Contributetodataconfidence-controlofdatameasurementstandardsandKPIs
  • Establishcoreprogramstandardsforglobalspacenamingconventionsallocationmodelapplicationdrawingstandardsandreportingstandards
  • Establishworkingrelationshipsandguidesthedevelopmentofrolesandresponsibilitieswithpartners
  • Establishgovernanceprogram/processanddataqualityassurancereportingforglobalconsistencyofportfoliospaceandoccupancydata
  • Proactivelymonitortheexecutionoftheclientspaceallocationmodelanddeliveryofreportinginaccordancewithclientspaceallocationprocess
  • ServesasSPOCandglobalsystemadministratorforclientspacedatamanagementsystemenforcingusercontrolsandsystemcontinuity
  • EnableallsystemintegrationeffortswiththeCAFMsystemtofurtherenhancetheavailabilityandqualityofspatialandoccupancydata
  • Recommendprocessimprovementsandperformanceenhancementsintheuseoftheclientspacedatamanagementsystem
  • Providesspacedatamanagementsystemtrainingforsystemusers
  • Responsibleforguidingandreviewingrecommendationstoenhanceoperationalefficiencyservicedeliverycostsavingsandinnovativeserviceadvancementsforallfunctionalareas
  • CoachthespaceteamleadershipineffectivespaceplanningandFF&Esolutiondevelopmentensuringcompliancewithestablishedprocessworkflowsandconsistentservicedeliveryforallprojecttypes

Requirements

  • BA/BSdegreeorequivalentcombinationofeducationtrainingandexperienceinArchitecturalTechnologySpacePlanningSpaceDataManagementDataAnalyticsorOccupancyPlanning
  • FourtoEightyearsexperienceinacorporaterealestateenvironment.
  • Demonstratesproficiencyinarchitecturalandengineeringdrawingsconcepts&design
  • ProficientinMSOfficeSuitesoftwareapplications
  • Excellentcustomerserviceandinterpersonalrelationshipskills
  • Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
  • Abletobuildstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalpartnerstodelivereffectiveservices
  • Strongoralwrittenandpresentationskills
  • Assumesownershipofrequestsinordertoensuresuccessfulcompletion
  • Strongattentiontodetailandqualitywithabilitytohandleconcurrentprojectswithminimalsupervisionanddirection

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 82450.00 - $97000.00
