Job Responsibilities

Leverage the demand and forecast plan to build and maintain repack schedules across multiple facilities nationwide.
Collaborate closely with the Copack and Procurement teams to ensure all components (packaging & WIP) are available on time for scheduled runs.
Enter and maintain all production-related activities and work orders within our MRP & ERP systems (StockIQ & NetSuite) ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate daily and weekly communication with facility partners to align on production timing priorities and issue resolution.
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support operational alignment and service levels.
Monitor demand fluctuations and make agile schedule adjustments to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Track finished-goods inventory levels and proactively plan repack activities to maintain optimal inventory health.
Support month-end inventory counts reconciliation and discrepancy analysis in collaboration with the Finance and Operations teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline repack planning and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelors degree or college diploma in Business Administration Commerce Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with MRP or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or StockIQ) is an asset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Continuous improvement mindset - eager to identify efficiencies challenge the status quo and contribute to operational excellence.
