The Role

We have an opportunity available as Practice Manager. Youll lead the day-to-day operations of the practice support our clinical team and continue to foster the strong team-focused environment were proud of. Youll work closely with our Dental Assistants and Receptionists to ensure smooth workflows excellent patient care and effective coordination with our providers.

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) with flexibility to work your hours across a 4 or 5-day week. At Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care we value work-life balance and pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team.

About You

Were looking for someone who:

Has experience in a 2IC or leadership role within the dental industry
Ideally has experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist
Has experience using D4W and Office 365
Communicates clearly calmly and respectfully
Is confident leading and motivating others
Brings strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Works collaboratively with providers support staff and Network Support
Has strong people skills with a friendly and warm demeanour
Holds a current drivers licence and has reliable transport
Holds (or is working towards) a Diploma of Practice Management or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
Applicants must have full Australian work rights as sponsorship is not available for this position
