Carolinas Collision Center of Greensboro is seeking an experienced and highly organized Body Shop Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within our collision repair center. This position is responsible for managing workflow ensuring repair quality coordinating between technicians estimators insurance partners and customers and maintaining production efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented skilled in leadership and communication and thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the body shop managing repair orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate scheduling and workload among technicians to maximize productivity and minimize cycle times.
- Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of the repair process.
- Communicate effectively with estimators parts departments and insurance representatives to keep repairs on track.
- Monitor workflow identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve production delays.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Track key performance metrics such as throughput labor efficiency and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
- Support the development and training of team members to enhance performance and repair quality.
- Review completed repairs before vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a body shop or collision repair production management role.
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes estimating systems and insurance procedures.
- Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of CCC One Mitchell or similar estimating/management systems preferred.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
