Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team located in Helena Montana.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Mid-Level and Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist.

This position is a weekend shift working Friday through Sunday from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems hydraulics and this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment. Position Responsibilities:

• Works under general supervision with understanding of the job

• Performs maintenance on factory equipment

• Troubleshoots analyzes inspects disassembles rebuilds modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics hydraulics and pneumatics

• Assists with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment

• Responds to requests for equipment repair

• Identifies and requests component and replacement part inventories

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience maintaining repairing and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems

• 1 years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings maintenance and operations manuals

• 1 years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and cranes

• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing bending kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 1 years of experience operating Electrical Mechanical and/or Hydraulic Systems

• 1 years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance

• 1 years of experience working with suppliers

• Ability to take direction multi-task perform work safely and communicate in written and verbal form
