Job Summary
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Washington DC Area Hybrid
Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead financial planning forecasting and performance analysis across a growing Tech SaaS company.
Youll lead the budgeting and forecasting process build executive dashboards and provide financial modeling (3 Statement) and decision support for strategic initiatives including M&A.

Washington DC Area Hybrid
Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead financial planning forecasting and performance analysis across a growing Tech SaaS company.
Youll lead the budgeting and forecasting process build executive dashboards and provide financial modeling (3 Statement) and decision support for strategic initiatives including M&A.
What Youll Do
- Own the annual budget rolling forecasts and long-range planning
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear performance narratives
- Partner with business leaders to support pricing product launches and operational decisions
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
- Lead cash flow forecasting and support capital planning
- Develop and mentor FP&A team members
- Optimize systems and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with Corporate Development on M&A due diligence and valuation modeling
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience including leadership roles
- Strong financial modeling scenario planning and KPI development skills
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI tools required
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred
