This role provides administrative and operational supportacross sales operations sales support and channel operations. The position ensures that data tools and processes run smoothly so that sales teams partners and distributors can focus on closing business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 yearsin sales support admin or operations roles.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask work across teams and handle time-sensitive requests.
Success Profile
- Keeps systems and reports up-to-date and reliable.
- Reduces administrative load for sales and channel teams.
- Ensures partner and distributor data flows are accurate and on time.
- Contributes to smooth sales cycles and faster deal closure.
