Job Summary:
Senior Helpers Melbourne is seeking a compassionate and dependable Spanish-speaking caregiver to provide quality in-home care and companionship to seniors. The caregiver will assist clients with daily activities ensuring comfort safety and respect while communicating effectively in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (bathing grooming dressing etc.)
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments or errands if needed
Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition to the office
Communicate clearly with clients families and team members in Spanish and English
Qualifications:
Must speak and understand Spanish and English
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate patient and reliable
Must pass background screening and have valid work authorization
Schedule: Flexible shifts available
