Alesea is a start-up born in 2019 Corporate Hangar the venture builder of Prysmian where innovative ideas are managed with new ventures. Alesea delivers smart material management solutions using IoT and advanced digital software. We serve utilities contractors and manufacturers by tracking assets such as cable reels transformers and more while offering digital services for supply chain construction sites and factory operations. With over 100 customers worldwide and more than 120000 IoT-connected materials Alesea has a strong global presence. North America accounts for around >40% of Alesea results supported by a local Business Operations Specialist. We are now seeking a manager to lead sales and Key Account (KA) operational management across all North American clients.
In the ALESEA NORTH AMERICA SALES & KA MANAGER role you will have an internal Prysmian reporting to the VP of Business Solutions North America and to the Alesea team.
You will be responsible for:
Sales and business development to Prysmian and to other manufacturers of the region;
Sales and business development to end clients both existing and prospects. This activity will be performed depending on the case either in collaboration with Prysmian North America sales team or in direct sale;
Manage business operations and customer success by ensuring correct use of the solution and maximizing value to customers (trainings & support to plants and customers guide the customer through the value of the solution reporting and consulting activities to the customer on process improvements);
Contribute to the development of new service lines related to sustainability and supply chain optimization in collaboration with Alesea central team and Prysmian North America team;
Constant coordination with Alesea team in Milan to align on company commercial and operational strategy to solve quality issues and to discuss solution improvements to be developed.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in outside sales business development customer success project management and/or relevant fields.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to sell and meet assigned sales goal
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Teamwork interpersonal skills
- Business travel will be required
