Your Mission
As a Site Supervisor High Voltage Projects (OHL & Substations) in our Energy team at Tractebel you play a key role in delivering high-quality safe and efficient on-site execution for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
You ensure that site activities are carried out according to technical requirements safety standards and project timelines driving the success of projects that enable a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site execution of high-voltage electrical works (substations grid connections transmission lines etc.);
- Ensure compliance with design specifications safety regulations and quality standards;
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors suppliers and the engineering team;
- Supervise electrical installations testing and commissioning works;
- Review and validate site reports progress documentation and quality checklists;
- Manage project planning scheduling and resource allocation at site level;
- Conduct site meetings and report regularly to the Project Manager;
- Identify potential issues and propose technical or organizational solutions;
- Enforce compliance with Health Safety and Environmental guidelines as per the Project Safety Plan;
- Represent Tractebel on site and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
We would love to hear from people with
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering;
- Proven experience in construction supervision or site management for high-voltage projects (110 kV and above);
- Good knowledge of electrical installation standards testing and commissioning;
- Understanding of local regulations and permitting processes related to electrical infrastructure;
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Availability for project-based work (contract duration depending on project timeline).
