Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Onehunga Outlet store. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance coach the team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about retail thrives on responsibility and wants to grow their career in a values-driven supportive environment.
Heres whats on offer:
Role Assistant Store Manager
- Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
- Minimum Hours: 33.5 per week
- Hourly Rate: $26.50 bonus potential !
What your day will look like:
Running smooth successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
Coaching the team on product knowledge service and sales
Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
Contributing to a positive inclusive team culture
Supporting with store presentation visual merchandising and stock
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail leadership experience or youre ready for that next step
Are passionate about people service and results
Know how to lead by example and energise a team

Have a strong eye for detail and store presentation
