Job Summary

vidaXL is looking for an experienced Project Manager with the ability to bring structure challenge the business constructively and ensure successful delivery across multiple corporate this role youll turn strategic initiatives into concrete outcomes aligning diverse stakeholders and driving measurable progress in a dynamic international environment. You will take full ownership of projects that shape vidaXLs corporate backbone covering Finance Procurement Risk Compliance and Corporate IT.

You will:

Challenge stakeholders to define clear objectives priorities and success criteria.
Translate business goals into actionable plans timelines and deliverables and coordinate activities across departments to ensure steady project progress.
Facilitate discussions manage dependencies enable fast decision-making and aintain realistic control over scope timelines and budget.
Integrate privacy compliance and internal controls into every stage of delivery.
Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working post-implementation.
Manage vendors effectively and ensure they deliver agreed outcomes.
Evaluate project success through measurable impact and business value.

We ask:

Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects within corporate functions.
The confidence to challenge prioritise and maintain focus under pressure.
Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) is preferred.
A structured results-driven approach to planning and communication.
Strong stakeholder management skills from executive to operational level.
A pragmatic mindset - you deliver meaningful results not just activity.
Affinity with business systems such as SAP is essential as it forms the backbone of our organisation.
