Senior Process Associate

Responsibilities

• GBS Service Delivery

1. Perform daily operational activities like Spot buying/PR to PO/Vendor master data/Helpdesk service etc and play the sourcing center role to bridge global and local supplier to ensure timely raw material delivery
2. Meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement for operational activities initiates timely corrective & preventive measures for deviations make the appropriate escalation
3. Ensure smooth month end closing and follow open items timely
4. Follow the up-to-date operational procedures and adhere to the standardized process landscape
5. Act as a backup for other team members as per aligned back up structure by ensuring proper knowledge transfer between backups.
6. Operational compliance on all regulatory internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities

• Process Improvement

1. Drive for continuous operational excellence through process and efficiency improvement
2. Identifies performance gaps and initiate corrective measures
3. Build lean competency: Go-See-Act approach; Lean Basics Waste identification Fundamental Problem Solving

• Stakeholder Management

1. Actively anticipates and manages expectations from Customers and Internal stakeholders to enhance user experience through effective business partnering
2. Supports and advises customers on relevant issues
3. Taking care of work atmosphere / creating proper work atmosphere by proper behaviour / approach / attitude

Requirements

• College degree or above in Finance accounting Business or relevant
• Fresh Graduates and above Fluent Spoken and Written English
• Proficiency knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication problem solving skills
