This hands-on role is central to the Centre Management team driving the efficient coordination of all administrative financial and office management functions within one of Sentinel Property Groups flagship assets.
About the Role
As the Administration Manager youll be the central point of coordination for all administrative and financial processes that keep the centre running efficiently. Youll oversee lease administration debt management compliance documentation budget support and day-to-day management of office systems and processes.
Your accuracy organisation and proactive problem-solving will support the Centre Management team in delivering a high standard of service to tenants contractors and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative financial and office management processes for the Centre.
- Coordinate budgets reporting and compliance documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Collect and analyse monthly sales data track performance trends and support management reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for leases insurance bank guarantees and other compliance requirements.
- Manage retailer storage agreements and associated billing and documentation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Centre Management Office including reception supplies systems and correspondence.
- Support the tenancy delivery process ensuring new stores meet all pre-trade requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with retailers contractors and the broader Sentinel team.

Youll bring:
- Proven experience in senior administration or office management ideally within retail property or commercial real estate.
- Exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
