About the Roles:
Human Resources Business Partner
As a trusted advisor you will partner with key stakeholders to lead and execute people-related strategic and operational initiatives aligned to workforce productivity and transformation priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with leaders and subject matter experts to understand and deliver the people and transformation agenda.
Developing and implementing initiatives that align people and business goals to drive effective outcomes.
Supporting leaders through organisational change workforce planning recruitment and engagement.
Coaching leaders to build engagement capability performance and retention.
This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong background in business partnering organisational change and people transformation projects.
Employee & Industrial Relations Advisor
In this role you will support the Employee and Industrial Relations team on a range of complex people matters providing advice and guidance on HR policies workplace legislation and industrial instruments.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional advice on industrial relations workplace legislation and employee management.
Supporting investigations case management and correspondence related to performance misconduct and disputes.
Assisting with Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementation.
Supporting leaders to manage underperformance and workplace issues effectively and fairly.
Liaising with unions and stakeholders to maintain positive and compliant workplace relationships.
This role suits someone with a strong understanding of employment law industrial relations frameworks and a practical approach to building leader capability and resolving workplace matters.
What we are looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in HR business partnering or employee/industrial relations within a complex organisation.
Strong relationship management communication and influencing skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate sensitive people issues
