About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
Contacting all VPs on a weekly basis to provide info for the office weekly summary
Preparing the weekly summary email
updating CRM system monthly (KPI and client activities)
Liaising with different teams within Citco as well as clients to obtain the most up-to-date Fund KYC
Preparing the report (SWAT analysis) by gathering the data internally from different teams as well as externally from the market
Building relationships & working closely with Citco Internal COE & non-COE teams including Operational Support Middle Office Pricing Investor Relations and Relationship Management Fund Accounting teams
Liaising with different teams internally to organise the client meetings
preparing agenda and presentation slides if required
sending invite to the meeting attendees
preparing the minutes and updating action items log post meeting
May take part actively for parts of the projects
Preparing the DDQ response before sending it internally to IR/Legal/FA ops for their review and approval
ensure that NDA letter has been in place before response/call organised with the third party
Ensuring client queries are responded on a timely manner
directing the queries to the right team internally to respond to the client
maintaining and updating the action item logs and escalate it to VP for those items nearing to the ETA/overdue action items
Providing support to VP to follow up outstanding invoices and ensure the process is moving along
Liaising with different ANCILLARY teams within Citco who provide their service to the client:
liaise with the clients and Ops team on the entity listed on the list
reviewing the fee charged to ensure that they are accurate
Actively maintain client status commentary and client updates in internal CRM tools
Liaising with different teams within Citco who lodge their time to the clients funds to obtain more information behind the no of hours
Prepare the ERM report for the MT as well as report distributed to the client
Compile periodic board reports Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
Assisting VP to cross sell of our products
Review client profitability & accounts receivable and address negative trends
Understand and communicate clients requests with various Citco business functions operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
Understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change and business trends identifying new areas of growth
Responsible for the bank account opening:
lodge ANR
liaising with client and CCOB on any additional information required
setting up EBS
About You:
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification
5-8 years of experience in Financial Services with Strong experience in Fund of PE Fund and Hedge Funds
Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills
Highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes accounting and allocation systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
