Were looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to join our Midas team! The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills leadership experience and a passion for delivering top-quality automotive service. Youll help manage day-to-day shop operations support and train technicians and ensure customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do
- Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models (brakes suspension engine A/C diagnostics & more)
- Keep jobs running smoothly and customers smiling
Set the standard for quality speed and professionalism
What Were Looking For

- 5 years of hands-on automotive experience
- Proven leadership & diagnostic skills
- ASE certifications a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license required
