Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisorto join our teamat Pontiac Correctional Centerin Pontiac Illinois.
The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $52/hr
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or associates degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Supervisory experience preferred
Corrections experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
