Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in insurance. The successful candidate will manage mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts providing exceptional service to valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts including home auto renters condo recreational vehicles secondary and high-value homes boats/yachts antique/exotic cars and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and service a book of business handling a diverse range of account sizes.
- Utilize agency managementsoftware to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Andover Chubb Foremost Hagerty MAPFRE Plymouth Rock Safety Quincy Mutual and others.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverage and Massachusetts RMV regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts RMV processes and insurance coverage.
- Proficiency in using Applied EPIC or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
