Job Summary
Service Porter
Enhances the customers positive service experience by moving vehicles in and out of the shop as well as washing and vacuuming vehicles to keep the shop flow moving.
Responsibilities
- Helps manage the service drive
- Move cars in/out of the shop
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
- Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
- Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
- Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require such as oil changes tires cleaning and general maintenance.
- Move cars in/out of the shop
- Vacuum and wash cars
Qualifications
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have a clean driving record
