Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Lead planning activities across all project phasesfrom sales and engineering to supply shipping and commissioning.
- Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.
- Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.
- Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams subcontractors and customers to align expectations and execution.
- Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project planning ideally with Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinking flexibility and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
