Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Belux Marketing Team. In this role you will drive brand growth coordinate new launches strengthen positioning and ensure our brands are consistently represented across all channels. You will combine consumer insights with market data to define the trends and support the locally relevant development of the brand plans.

You will work closely with Sales Trade Marketing Revenue Management Supply Chain Finance and external partners to deliver smart and impactful brand campaigns


What will you do

  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Revenue Management to ensure alignment between marketing plans and commercial execution

  • Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure high-quality campaign development from start to execution while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

  • Oversee brand budget allocation ensuring efficient use of resources and driving return on marketing investment

  • Lead cross-functional communication ensuring alignment between Marketing Sales Supply Chain Finance and external partners

  • Lead as project manager with all stakeholders the new beverage innovations flavours extensions and packaging improvements

  • Translate consumer and market insights into actions that drive growth and strengthen brand performance

  • Own and maintain the brand portfolio in the different systems

Key Skills you will Bring

  • University degree preferably in Business economics or Marketing

  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages Dutch French or English with a strong willingness to achieve proficiency in the other.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital retail experiential and trade channels to support brand growth and product performance

  • Understanding of fast-moving consumer goods with a solid foundation in consumer behaviour and retail customer dynamics

  • Proven ability to support new product development and go-to-market launch plans ensuring alignment across marketing sales and supply chain teams

  • Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses of the Beverage category using multiple data sources to identify growth drivers

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in Brand Management or Category Management with proven results in driving performance.

  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across the different departments.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with Nielsen IQ and GFK.

  • Pro-active curious by nature and an enthusiastic team player
