Location:Keystone Urgent Care
Schedule:36 hours/week (12-hour shifts) (Benefit Eligible) Open 7 days/week Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas

General Summary

Join our fast-paced mission-driven team at Keystone Urgent Care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. This role supports daily clinical operations by managing essential care coordination tasks in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
Make and return patient phone calls in coordination with providers
Track referrals labs and diagnostic results for timely follow-up
Complete prior authorizations for medications as needed
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Float to assist fellow nurses with patient care and workflow coverage
Maintain accurate timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

LPN Applicants:

Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current Pennsylvania LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus

Preferred Experience:

Prior nursing or medical assistant experience in an emergency room or urgent care setting
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Key Skills:

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
