Silver Creek Medical Associates a physician-owned interventional pain management practice based inBullhead City Arizona is seeking twoNurse Practitioners or Physician Assistantsto join their expanding team. This is a permanent position offering strong clinical mentorship and a supportive work environment.

Position Highlights:

Location: Bullhead City AZ Mohave County near Laughlin NV and 100 miles from Las Vegas
Setting: Outpatient interventional pain management clinic
Schedule: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM (no call no weekends)
Full-time preferred; part-time candidates also considered
Collaborate with an interventional pain physician APPs MAs and administrative support
Each APP typically has a dedicated medical assistant
Responsibilities include patient evaluations medication refills pharmacy reviews and procedure ordering
No workers comp cases; medication management only
EMR: Practice Fusion

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible NP or PA
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interest in pain management and outpatient care
