Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Pay Rate: From $43/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inWaterville ME.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic exercises gait training and functional mobility activities tailored to individual patient needs.
Assess and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients families and caregivers on exercises safety techniques and home programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with professional state and regulatory standards.
Participate in care conferences discharge planning and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maine.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation environment preferred.
Strong clinical reasoning communication and interpersonal skills.
