Job Summary
Position: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Location: Syracuse NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Schedule: 5x8-Hour Shifts (No Block Scheduling)
Role Overview: Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The therapist will assess develop and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient evaluation assessment and development of individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions based on clinical best practices
Document patient progress and maintain clinical records in compliance with standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
Communicate treatment goals and progress with patients and caregivers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent according to state requirements)
Active New York State Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience:
Prior outpatient therapy experience is preferred
