Commercial Sales Support Supervisor

Are you an organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Batteries Plus is looking for a Commercial Sales Support Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Sales Coordinator and National Accounts Coordinator this role youll oversee order management reporting and account implementation while supporting your team through coaching training and continuous process improvement. What Youll Do

• Oversee daily order management processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with company standards.

• Manage escalated customer issues and coordinate resolutions across internal teams.

• Support account implementation and ongoing customer relationship management.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to drive consistency and service quality.

• Partner with Accounting Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.

• Provide coaching mentorship and performance feedback to team members.

• Lead onboarding and training efforts to support team growth and development.

What Were Looking For

• An associates degree in Business or a related field is required.

• 4 years of experience in sales operations order management or customer service; commercial or B2B experience a plus.

• 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (or similar tools).

• Excellent attention to detail organization and multitasking ability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
