Job Summary
Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Field Support Services this role the person will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Provides expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
- Provides technical advice and guidance on installation adaptation configuration or enhancement of technical products programs and systems.
- Tests trains and fields support customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services.
- Provides expertise for the resolution of technical problems troubleshoots products and modifies products to customer requirements.
- Provides training to customers. Assists in the development of training material and product manuals. Travel is frequent and work is generally performed at the customer site.
- Identifies failure trends and communicates effectively with manufacturing and engineering to eliminate or reduce reoccurring incidents.
- Answers questions about installation operation configuration customization and usage of designated systems and services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School level plus some advanced training; Minimum of 3 years
- Experience with mechanical assembly and repair reading diagrams and schematics
- Experience in customer service
- Must be U.S. Citizen
