Role Summary
As Sales Manager Sweden for the Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) you hold full operational responsibility for all new sales activities within BSP Sweden as well as additional Security sales into BSP Norway. You are accountable for achieving the equipment topline targets and ensuring that pre-calculated contribution margins meet the agreed levels. You lead and inspire a team of 14 sales professionals guiding them to achieve high performance and excellence.
Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) promote and sell products and services for swinging sliding and revolving doors. We are a global segment have both product development manufacturing sales installation and service. The Swedish organization consists of approx. 150 people and has a turnover of 400 MSEK. ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and the Pedestrian segment in Sweden consists of approximately 150 employees.
You will report directly to our Business Unit Manager Sweden. Preferred location is in Landskrona/Malmö.
