Executive Assistant & Paralegal
SKF Automotive Business
Now we are looking for a proactive and highly organized team player to step into the role of Executive Assistant & Paralegal at SKF Automotive Business. You will play a central role in keeping our Group Legal Compliance & Communication Function running smoothly as you will work directly with the General Counsel of SKF Automotive.
Youll engage with stakeholders across our global organization as you support them in key legal and governance initiatives. With integrity and precision youll take the lead in the coordination of board meetings and shareholders meetings preparing documentation and maintaining robust governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between the Group Legal Function and other stakeholders including senior executives located across the globe.
- Lead coordination and the preparations for Board meetings and support corporate governance activities including Shareholders meetings.
- Maintain company records manage statutory filings and oversee formal documentation.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the General Counsel as well as other members of the Group Legal Function and Communications team.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- University degree in combination with work experience as an executive assistant paralegal or similar roles in a multinational environment.
- If you are familiar with the requirements of a listed company and the practical aspects of Board meetings it is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to create presentations and manage data effectively and with integrity.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment while handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. A good level of understanding of Swedish is an advantage.
