Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung des Produktmanagement-Teams und trägst die Verantwortung für zwei Mitarbeitende.
• Du entwickelst die Produktstrategie und stimmst sie ab von Marktanalysen über Ideengenerierung bis hin zu Entscheidungs- und Priorisierungsprozessen
• Im Rahmen des Produktentwicklungsprozesses bist du verantwortlich für: Produktkonzept Projektleitung Planung Anforderungsmanagement Stakeholdermanagement Rollout-Konzept
• Darüber hinaus stellst du durch Produktmonitoring und Produktpflege die Produktattraktivität sicher
• Du befähigst die Vertriebskanäle durch kommunikative Begleitung (z.B. Produktschulungen Marketingunterlagen Newsletter 2nd Level Support)

Deine Stärken:

• Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit und arbeitest strukturiert sowie organisiert
• Kommunikationsstärke souveränes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen dich aus
• Dein hohes Mass an Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung sowie deine Innovations- und Gestaltungsfreude ermöglichen es dir neue Lösungen aktiv voranzutreiben und ein starkes Stakeholdermanagement sicherzustellen
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement der Finanzindustrie idealerweise ergänzt durch Führungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Finanzbranche und der Produktlandschaft von Anlagelösungen bilden die Grundlage deiner Arbeit
• Darüber hinaus beherrschst du die deutsche und englische Sprache hervorragend; gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
