Job Summary

Oversees financial operations for a real estate portfolio budgeting reporting compliance audits and staff leadership. Works with property and asset managers to ensure accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations: month-end close financial statements general ledger
Manage budgets forecasts cash flow and variance analysis.
Ensure GAAP compliance & regulatory adherence; oversee audits.
Analyze real estate transactions: acquisitions dispositions.
Review legal documentsleases loan agreements equity structures.
Develop internal controls policies and process improvements.
Supervise accounting team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors in Accounting / Finance; CPA preferred
510 years relevant accounting/finance experience; 3 years in real estate.
Strong GAAP tax compliance and reporting knowledge.
Experience with Yardi MRI RealPage or equivalent.
Advanced Excel financial modeling forecasting.
Excellent analytical communication and team leadership skills.
