Job description
We are now looking for a Senior Developer to strengthen one of our squads within the Consulting team.
As a Senior Developer at Grassfish you are an experienced and hands-on member of the squad and development team. You contribute to the development of customer specific solutions within the Consulting organization. You work closely with colleagues across disciplines to translate customer needs into well-structured maintainable and high-quality addition to developing features you take responsibility for the technical design help solve complex challenges and collaborate closely with the customers while remaining actively involved in daily coding and implementation work.
You act as a Senior Developer within our cross-functional team ensuring that our solutions align with our customers needs and our development standards.
You report to the Squad Leader and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Hands-on development testing and deployment ensuring solutions are robust maintainable and aligned with customer requirements.
- Take an active role in decisions around system architecture and system design
- Empower and guide our customers and the partner ecosystem in how they should develop Digital In-store solutions from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate closely and communicate clearly with Squad Leaders Project Coordinators and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
- Follow and promote internal code quality documentation and testing standards helping to continuously improve our development practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical contributor supporting scoping architectural discussions and estimation work.
- Take responsibility for critical customer deliveries balancing quality performance and timelines.
- Contribute to and maintain comprehensive documentation of new and updated solutions with a focus on scalability reusability and knowledge sharing.

We are now looking for a Senior Developer with following qualifications and experiences.
- Degree in Software Development Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (preferably minimum five years) in software development with proficiency in:
- C# .NET SQL Angular/React HTML5 JavaScript CSS and basic Python.
- Experience in taking decisions around system architecture design patterns and integration principles preferably with big systems and platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and improve technical processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious in learning about new technologies platform capabilities and industry trends
