Responsibilities

Support CDPs and senior chefs in preparation and service.
Cook assemble and garnish dishes according to brand recipes.
Maintain freshness quality and speed throughout shifts.
Keep your section clean stocked and organized.
Participate in training tastings and menu improvement sessions.
Ensure all safety and hygiene procedures are followed.

Requirements

Prior kitchen experience required.
