As the Product Manager for the Crushing and Screening business line you will drive business growth by providing technical support to customers leading product development and market initiatives. This hybrid position will be based in one of our office locations and requires regular travel to costumer sites to strengthen relationships ensure high-quality support and contribute to marketing and sales efforts.
As main responsibilities you will:
- Support Crushing and Screening business lines growth globally;
- Support customers in mining and aggregates business with their technical needs in co-operation with the sales team requiring frequent traveling on site to ensure high-quality support;
- Help the customers to resolve their business and technical challenges through Element offering;
- Hold ownership of the product line market area activities and support product development and planning of the product roadmap;
- Support in product development-related design planning and implementation tasks such as traveling individually to sites to make 3D-scanning;
- Find the best product design and spec solutions evaluate and co-operate with the design partners;
- Be responsible for product launch go-to-market plan commercial models successful commercialization of the product and product performance on the market;
- Collect market information and define and evaluate future business cases;
- Support the sales team with customer meetings on-time deliveries operations and customer support;
- Take part of creating marketing/sales material preparations of business line;
- Take part in planning and participate in national and international fairs related to the business;
- Develop and implement a product and application training plan;
- Handle other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required.
We are looking for a person with:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field within the industrial equipment mining or aggregates industry;
- A strong understanding of crushing and screening equipment related processes and market dynamics;
- Proven experience in customer support technical sales or field service involving direct interaction with customers and key stakeholders;
- A Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Mining Engineering or another related technical discipline;
- A proactive motivated and self-driven attitude with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40-50% of the time;
- Experience using ERP systems CRM tools (Jira) and other essential sales or project management platforms;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Previous experience in the mining industry or familiarity with mining processes and equipments is highly desirable.
