Our Client is seeking an RS ECT to join a well-established secondary school in Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for a new teacher keen to develop their skills in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will teach RS at KS3 and KS4 and work closely with colleagues in the Humanities faculty.
School Information
This 11 to 18 comprehensive educates roughly 1150 students and consistently achieves above national benchmarks with 92 percent attaining grades 9 to 4 in English and Maths. The school promotes a culture of respect tolerance and high aspiration with strong pastoral systems and a clear focus on personal development.
The RS department is well structured and encourages reflection ethical reasoning and philosophical discussion. Lessons are designed to develop both knowledge of world religions and the ability to think critically about moral and spiritual issues.
