The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the entire complex campus including academic sports and performing arts facilities is maintained to an exceptional standard supporting the schools high-achieving environment.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Facilities Management: Strategic planning for maintenance management of the facilities budget and oversight of capital improvement projects.
- Contract and Budget: Negotiating and monitoring external service contracts for specialist maintenance and managing cost-effective resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Direct line management and development of the in-house site team (caretakers and maintenance staff).
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: 45000 - 55000 per annum depending on experience.
- Essential Requirements: Relevant facilities management qualification and significant experience managing a complex high-profile site.
- Support: Highly competitive salary package on the schools independent pay scale and enhanced holiday allowance.
