Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding transfers and offboarding ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials to facilitate smooth integration
- Process payroll information accurately and maintain complete employee records in the HR system
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and support full-cycle recruitment activities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and workplace guidelines
- Organize and execute team-building activities and employee engagement programs to foster positive work environment
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts amendments and related personnel files
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects to support departmental objectives and organizational development
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English and German Chinese is preferred
