About Your Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Everlab you are responsible for leading Everlabs brand creative and marketing strategy.
This role oversees the planning development and execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness increase consideration and drive business growth.
The Senior Marketing Manager functions as both a strategic leader and a hands-on campaign operator driving performance through creativity storytelling and data-led decision making.
Youll be the storyteller and strategist behind every major campaign - leading end-to-end delivery across performance engagement PR email and product marketing.
What Youll Do
- Design and run bold 360 campaigns that connect emotionally and convert commercially
- Own the Everlab brand narrative across every channel and touchpoint
- Partner with our leadership team and creative team to push storytelling excellence
- Manage agency partners and keep cross-functional teams (creative product engagement) in sync
- Track and optimise performance - focusing on awareness consideration and engagement
What Youll Bring To The Team
- A marketer who possesses a demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- A brand-obsessed marketer with proven experience in a D2C startup or top creative/media agency
- A hands-on campaign operator who thrives on speed experimentation and measurable results
- A keen eye for managing marketing budgets and know how for managing vendor relationships
- A storyteller and strategist who can challenge thinking and lead with ideas
- A seasoned professional within fast-growth startups scaleups or agency environments
