Job Summary

Job Title: BSN Dean
Location: Fremont CA
Salary: $150000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

An accredited educational institution is seeking an experienced and motivated BSN Dean to lead its Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. This position oversees the development planning coordination and evaluation of all nursing program activities ensuring the programs success compliance and growth. The Dean provides strategic leadership to faculty and staff maintains strong partnerships with clinical sites and ensures the highest standards of academic excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the RN program including budget faculty staff curriculum compliance policies and student advocacy.
Oversee clinical site coordination evaluations contracts rotations and approvals.
Prepare and maintain reports for state and Board of Nursing compliance including self-studies and program records.
Recruit hire orient and evaluate nursing faculty; conduct regular faculty and staff meetings.
Manage student admissions orientation articulation agreements advising and grievance processes.
Monitor instructional quality program reviews NCLEX pass rates and job placement outcomes.
Serve on institutional committees and lead Advisory Committee meetings.
Build and maintain community and industry partnerships support marketing initiatives and participate in professional associations.

Qualifications:

Current and active Registered Nursing license in the state of California.
Masters degree or higher from an accredited institution including coursework in nursing education or administration.
Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs.
At least two years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent experience as determined by the Board.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with a collaborative and facilitative management style.
Experience in supervision planning and budget preparation.
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and organizations.
Proficiency in computer-based systems and resources.
