Platform Lead
Need - DL (Local)
Location: Hybrid New York City (Need local within 40 minutes no flexibility)
Note:Banking experience is a required in recent 2-3 years in total

Overview:
Serves as the architectural and operational lead for the platform organization responsible for defining the strategic roadmap governance model and technical standards that unify development security and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce platform-wide standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) network design observability and security posture ensuring consistency and compliance across environments.
- Design multi-cloud and hybrid governance frameworks including multi-account AWS/Azure setups guardrails and service control policies for secure scalable operations.
- Oversee Kubernetes CI/CD and infrastructure automation strategy ensuring developer productivity through reusable templates and golden pipelines.
- Establish and monitor SLAs/SLOs create incident response playbooks and define change management processes to ensure operational reliability.
- Implement FinOps practices for cost visibility and optimization while balancing SRE principles for availability performance and efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with development SRE and security teams to deliver self-service infrastructure platforms accelerating product delivery while maintaining compliance and uptime.
Purpose:
Acts as the architect and steward of the platform bridging development operations and security. Balances velocity with reliability and establishes the standards for observability automation and resilience across the organization.
