Job Summary

Job Title:SharePoint & Power Platform Solutions Consultant

Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise-level SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform environments with minimum of 5 years of experience

Key Skills & Experience:

Microsoft 365 Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture including configuration best practices and integration with OneDrive for Business.
- Strong ability to manage site structures permissions libraries and lists.
Power Platform Development:
- Proven experience creating automated workflows and custom applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and data visualization for business intelligence.
Web & UI Technologies:
- Competent with front-end technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap ReactJS AngularJS and jQuery.
- Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and client-side customization techniques.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Adept at troubleshooting and supporting deployed SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
- Ability to deliver stable secure environments aligned with compliance and governance standards.
Project Experience & Communication:
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business users.

Additional Qualifications:

Familiarity with backend tools such as JDBC Servlets JSP and JMS for enterprise web applications.
Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful API development is a plus.
Database knowledge (Oracle SQL Server including PL/SQL) and understanding of tools like Crystal Reports Power BI or Business Objects is advantageous.
Exposure to DevOps and version control tools (GitLab Maven WebSphere) is desirable.
Formal education in Computer Science or related field (Bachelors degree minimum).
Professional references confirming successful SharePoint or Power Platform project implementations are required.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.
