Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil or Structural Designer to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit a keen eye for detail and the ability to work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to produce accurate and innovative construction documents. This role requires creativity adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Draft and detail construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit (2D and 3D)
Collaborate directly with engineers to translate structural designs into buildable plans
Coordinate across disciplines including MEP HVAC and piping to ensure integrated design solutions
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all design outputs
Engage with team members to foster a collaborative team-based work environment
Adapt to new challenges and expand technical skills beyond core responsibilities
