Job Description

Glassbox Systems Engineer (this is not an analytics role nor focused on onboarding new applications to Glassbox)

Required Skills

Hands-on shell scripting and Linux system administration experience

Hands-on Java application hosting on Linux experience

Expertise in scripting languages such as Shell Script BladeLogic NSH Python Perl

Thorough understanding of server certificate implementation / TLS and how to troubleshoot connectivity issues

Strong debugging and analytical skills

Strong network troubleshooting skills using various tools (Ping nslookup traceroute curl)

Good communication skills with ability to coordinate work between system admins network engineers end users and others to deliver solutions together

Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions

Self-starter with the ability to deliver complex solutions with minimal oversight and supervision

Working knowledge of regular expressions
