Responsibilities
Microsoft Engineer in the Workplace AI Team involves several key responsibilities:
Development and Deployment: You will be responsible for developing and deploying M365 Copilot to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
Engineering Activities: This includes tasks related to tenant changes SharePoint administration and DLP tool integration
Workflow Development: Developing extensibility workflows including topics and actions
AI Utilization: Leveraging AI to enhance productivity creativity and innovation by accelerating tasks optimizing workflows and personalizing experiences
Technology Adoption: Driving the adoption of innovative workplace technologies focusing on M365 Copilot
Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and applying a strategic perspective to technical discussions
Strategic Influence: Demonstrating strategic agility influencing without direct authority and applying a business lens to technical discussions
Qualifications
M365 Engineer
Microsoft 365 and Copilot: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot functionalities including integration and customization.
Experience in leveraging these tools to improve productivity and collaboration
Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Ability to design deploy and manage scalable cloud solutions that ensure robust performance and security
DevOps and Automation: Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Skilled in streamlining software development and deployment processes
Security and Compliance: Understanding of security protocols data protection and compliance requirements. Ability to implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications. Proficiency in enhancing communication teamwork and information sharing Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize workflows. Ability to think strategically and influence decisions without direct authority
