Job Description

The Advisor will support Beneva in establishing and evolving an integrated practice for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps).
The goal is to maximize the value of technology investments while ensuring compliance financial transparency and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. ITAM Governance and Strategy

Define document and evolve the ITAM methodology based on industry standards (ISO ITIL SAFe ).
Integrate the ITAM practice into corporate governance and decision-making frameworks.
Conduct maturity assessments and recommend improvements while measuring effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ITAM practice evolution.
Coach and train internal teams to adopt and sustain best practices.

2. Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps)

Define document and evolve the FinOps methodology following industry standards.
Analyze cloud spend (AWS Azure GCP) to identify optimization opportunities.
Design and maintain cost monitoring dashboards (Power BI Excel etc.).
Develop forecasting models for cloud budgeting and consumption.
Recommend cost optimization strategies (reservations savings plans governance models).
Collaborate with IT Finance and Architecture teams to align cloud usage with business goals.

3. Leadership and Support

Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to management and steering committees.
Translate complex ITAM and FinOps concepts into simple actionable insights for stakeholders.
Create training materials templates and tools to support practice adoption.
Represent the department in internal governance forums to ensure consistency of practices.

Leadership: Coaching communication strategic influence cross-functional collaboration
