Momento USA is a global technology consulting talent acquisition and creative development firm that addresses clients most pressing needs and challenges. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical PM.

Role: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Location: NYC NY Hybrid (3Days)

Duration: Long Term

Role objectives and deliverables: The manager supports project management teams by creating and maintaining work plans risk management quality assurance reporting at various levels and improving PMO practices. They define project scope implement governance manage end-to-end delivery plans and oversee day-to-day project activities including budget tracking and stakeholder communication. Key project documents such as Project Brief Charter Delivery Plan and Change Control Plan must be prepared and maintained. Collaboration with change and communication teams is essential for project success.

Required skills and experience: Candidates should have experience in professional services ServiceNow delivery (preferably HAM) and engineering practices. They must manage stakeholders across business units have at least five years in IT services or strategic projects and be familiar with various project lifecycle stages and delivery frameworks including Waterfall and Hybrid Agile. Multinational project experience strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills are also required.

Additional qualifications: Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project for planning and tracking ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) and Prince2 or Agile Scrum certifications are preferred to support effective project management.

Summary: To support the project management team in a major ServiceNow project for a large client -from client engagement to deployment and review. You will have a proven track record in delivery execution expertise and provide project management on tactical and strategic delivery work.

Employee Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project work plans
• Risk management. Coordinate the issues to be solved and the decisions to be taken.
• Develop reports at different levels (tactical / operational / strategic / programme boards)
• Quality assurance of the project deliverables
• Information and support supply for the main stakeholders
• Improvement on the PMO ways of working
• To define and agree the scope of project delivery and securing its sign off by the Steerco and key stakeholders
• Implement project governance in line with the programme governance model designing the project structure and key resource plan
• To develop and manage the end to end project delivery plan including the proactive monitoring of progress to plan and processes to secure inputs from workstream / senior leads
• Day to day management of the project including reporting management of risks and issues team and supplier management managing tracking and reporting of the project budget
• Preparing managing and maintaining the key project control documents for example:
  • Project Brief
  • Project Charter / Terms of Reference
  • Project Delivery Plan
  • Project Financial Management Plan
  • Stakeholder and Communication Plan
  • Project Resource Plan
  • RAID & Decision Log
  • Change Control Plan
  • Collaborate with Change and Communication workstream as required for the successful delivery of the project(s)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience as part of a professional services organisation
• Experience of ServiceNow delivery and enhancement projects preferably HAM.
• Experience of ServiceNow delivery engineering practices
• Experience in managing internal and client or vendor stakeholders to agreed feature functionality roadmaps that impact delivery
• Demonstrable knowledge in delivering ServiceNow implementation and consolidation projects
• Solid experience of dealing with stakeholders across multiple business units
• 5 years experience in IT services IT strategic projects or corporate transformation initiatives - IT related is required
• Experience in picking up projects at all stages of the project lifecycle
• Experience in both Waterfall and Hybrid AGILE iterative / incremental delivery frameworks
• Demonstrate experience in multinational/multicultural projects
• Broad knowledge and experience in PMO: project planning business planning effective reporting and project controls risks and issues management
• Analytical skills and capacity to synthesize information.
